Terms of Service

AppBlueprint AI generates planning documentation for software applications. One Blueprint Credit entitles you to 8 assets: six formatted PDF volumes, a cited Market Validation Report, and a JSON export of the plan. The generation run delivers 7 of these immediately; the Market Validation Report runs its own research process, which you start from your project at no additional credit cost.

Blueprints are generated by AI systems. They are planning documents and AI coding instructions, not working software, professional advice, or a guarantee of any commercial outcome. Review everything before you build on it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You may not share one account across multiple people or organizations.

Credits are purchased one time through Stripe. One Blueprint Credit produces one complete Blueprint package. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects credits you already own.

Generating a Blueprint consumes one credit at the moment the run starts. You will be asked to review your answers and confirm before that happens. If a run fails and produces no Blueprint, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Re-exporting, repairing, or downloading documents from a Blueprint you already generated does not consume additional credits, and one Market Validation Report is included with each Blueprint.

You keep all rights to the app ideas and business information you submit. You also own the Blueprints generated for you and may use them commercially — build the app, sell the app, hand the documents to a developer or an AI coding assistant, or keep them private. We claim no ownership over your product or your business.

We retain ownership of the AppBlueprint AI software, prompts, templates, document design, and everything else that produces a Blueprint. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself, or use it to operate a competing blueprint generation product.

You may not use the service to:

• plan an application whose purpose is illegal or intended to cause harm;
• attempt to bypass entitlement, credit, or authentication controls;
• scrape, resell, or systematically extract the generated output as a dataset;
• overload or interfere with the service or other customers' use of it.

We may suspend an account that violates this section. Where a suspension is not the result of abuse, we refund unused credits.

A Blueprint reduces planning ambiguity. It does not guarantee that an application will be built successfully, will function correctly, will be secure, will comply with any law or regulation, or will earn money. Financial figures in a Blueprint are arithmetic on stated assumptions, not forecasts or projections. Implementation, integration configuration, testing, security review, and deployment remain your responsibility.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst To Courage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

There is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@appblueprintai.com. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
